HRM Systems transfers the PEP Services team to collana health AG – retroactively effective 1 January 2026

HRM Systems has transferred the services provided by the PEP Services division to collana health AG with retroactive effect as of 1 January 2026.

After eight successful years developing consulting services for personnel resource planning in the Swiss healthcare sector, the PEP Services team is now ready for the next step in its growth. HRM Systems will continue to focus on absence processing in the Swiss market through its own software products UKA Solutions, UKA Connect and Carema.

We are delighted to have found a new home for our team at collana health. Thanks to the strategic partnership with collana health, HRM Systems’ customers in the healthcare sector can continue to rely on UKA and Carema being optimally integrated into their internal business processes.
